I have had my serviced office at The Park Business Center since 2006. As a state manager working remotely with my head office based in Sydney, it is a breath of fresh air to know that my every need is catered for.The services that is provided by the team here is amazing. I have found them to be very helpful, caring and an extremely productive. The expertise and support of the staff has been great to work through the various statutory requirements for business growth. The staffs professionalism and knowledge is definitely encouraging and indeed appreciated. The can-do approach of the team makes it possible for me to literally rely on them to service my clients.Having a base so close to the city is also ideal for myself and my clients. Client meeting are a breeze with meeting rooms, conference rooms, snacks and coffee making facilities on site. Fantastic service

Do not rent from this agent and waste your time and fill the questions.They will never pass your offer to the owner. We offered extra dollar and payment in advance. They reply the property has been leased in a second. How could an owner get our offer and make decision in one second. Not a professional way doing business! Please be fair to all applicants.

The worst real state I came across over 10 years in Perth. Property manger John Gochez, he is Lack in confidence in decision making. I’m extremely disappointed with their management/services over 1 year with them.

Top͏ class recommendationAs a couple who spent over a year looking for the right property in the right area (basically the South West), we experienced many estate agents during our search. Some obviously better than others.Due to the sale of our property not being straight forward ( there was a “chain”) there were a few anxious times.During the whole process, Ross was very calming and assuring.
